During his undergraduate studies in biological sciences at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York, Dr. Rubinshteyn was named to the Dean’s list for academic excellence. He went on to earn his doctorate of medicine degree from the State University of New York (SUNY) Downstate Medical Center. 

After graduation, Dr. Rubinshteyn went through his residency training at SUNY Downstate Medical Center, where he served as chief resident during his final year. Dr. Rubinshteyn is currently board-certified through the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.

Throughout his career, Dr. Rubinshteyn has worked in prestigious orthopaedic positions throughout the greater New York City area. He cared for patients at Metropolitan Hospital and Coney Island Hospital, where he provided both surgical and nonsurgical treatments of bone and joint disorders and injuries. 

Although Dr. Rubinshteyn can diagnose and treat minor to complex orthopaedic issues, he has extensive experience in chronic bone and joint conditions, trauma and fractures, sports injuries, and total joint replacements. He welcomes new and existing patients to his private practice.
